Is feminism working in only one direction?

So the main purpose of feminism is to dismantle patriarchy which as they say is not only beneficial to women but also beneficial to men that where put under pressure by patriarchy expectations of men to provide for the family.

But during some of my recent conversations i realised that the women that have achieved a good position due to the efforts of feminist movements are still not open to leave the traditional expectations from the Men.

Like high earning women from IT industry are still looking for high earning men that can at least match her income, and are not open to finding some Teacher, artist, or social worker that is passionate about his work but not making good enough money.

So the feminism has worked at empowering women, but has not removed any of the traditional social expectations from men.
