This dude has gone rogue

I do admire this guy very much in attempting to sell without an agent. We finally broke through and purchased a property but not after some shady agent manoeuvres on both this and another another we bid on. There was an article on this guy today in The Age. Interesting that this happens more with ultra high end properties. I like the cut of this guys jib anyway, hope he succeeds.
