Took my money

Everyone PLEASE BEWARE of this company! I downloaded it and deposited 200 a week ago. Bought some crypto, sold it, and now it’s gone. No trace of it in my account. They also took 200 ADDITIONAL dollars out of my personal banking account without my authorization. I was trying to get ahold of support through the app which is ABSOLUTELY USELESS. They repeat the same “tell me more about your issue so I can better assist” over and over. So I then proceeded to call the support line 3x and was on hold for over an hour and a half each time and no one ever answered.

I feel like they don’t actually have anyone working the lines and just want customers to think they are there to “support”.

This is the most confusing, irritating and irresponsible company I have ever encountered. BEWARE!!!
