Serious: can CRO reach +1$ long term? How?

Disclaimer: I’m an investor since 2017/2018, since MCO. Locked up since before the cards were out (waited 1y+). Love the project

I also trust the company - and decisions like nerfing the card benefits (e.g. Icy from 5% to 3%), high fees, etc - always understood it’s for the long term of the company. Even the LevelUp program - I get it

However, as it’s getting more traction, I’m wondering about your opinion

How can CRO become a +$1 coin, when it’s an “exchange” token? Or a transit token

What I mean by that: - People get the coin, in cashback - Or from Earn, staking, yields etc - Everyone wants to exchange it for USD/fiat currency. Or for another speculative crypto eg BTC

Therefore it’s a token that’s used as a “medium”. Yes sure USD is as well a medium for goods and services but you know what I mean

BTC is speculative. It can grow to 100k, as it was proven (almost nobody believed this possible back when it was $100)

CRO? Idk… as a fan of the project and everything, ofc I’d want it to be. But how’s that possible, you think?

The only 2 ways I see it is

1.Through the greater fool theory, with the card staking.

But ofc everyone wants to make back their money through using the benefits. OR they use the benefits for a period of time and then supposedly get back their money (or more… so we hope) by unstaking and liquidating the position.

2.In a bubble, like CRO skyrocketing like back at the Crypto.com arena announcement (ATH, +$0.75)

I’m not sure how clear I freeze my question as I don’t know all the terms, but I hope I made myself clear

Another way to put it: BTC has speculative value and is used to store assets. CRO? I see it only as a medium of exchange so far…? Kinda like tickets at an arcade. Help me see otherwise?
