Help - Am I being scammed?

I need your help, I think my girlfriend is being scammed via crypto.

She was messaged today from an Instagram account about buying some of her digital art as an NFT. Neither her nor I have any experience with NFTs, so we are out of our depth. He's offered 15ETH if we mint it on maxcoinmint.live. That seems too good to be true, as 15ETH is almost £30k? On top of that, the insta account is only 4 days old, which seems fishy to me....

Is this a scam?

Edit: Yeah, we asked for a licensing agreement, and he ghosted us, lol. Thanks friends!
