Most detailed profile and Nothing

Alright, so this is my like 5th dating app and I'm losing hope. My mom recommended on the advice of some of her friends. I've had this profile up for a few months now and no matches First off, I know there aren't alot of photos and even the one that is there is a few years out of date. I'm not camera shy but also I don't actively seek to have pictures taken of myself when I'm doing something and I feel awkward and narcissistic asking my friends to take them

Any advice on how I can change the status quo?
