New PC!

Micah is a PC with minor shapeshifting abilities! While changing shape, he can become taller or shorter (with limitations) change his genitals/breasts and general body shape. However he cannot change the amount of mass, so he can't add body weight nor diminish it.

People generally think of Micah as a hardcore crossdresser, most of whom think he's a girl that enjoys dressing as a boy. Whenever he changes shape, people will think they're imagining things, or assume they plain remembered wrong. Only the ones closest to him know there's something more at play here
