How much will this kind of app cost?

Hi All,
I have a business idea and was wondering how much this app would cost based on the following requirements:

• The app allows two kinds of user bases (both will have accounts in the app database):
  • People looking for services
  • People who provide services (should be able to upload files such as certificates and identity documents)
• Customers will post a job requirement with details such as job description, location, and other relevant information.
• Jobs will be posted on a job board within the app (only visible to service providers).
• Service providers will pick the job (the job gets removed from the job board once a maximum of three providers have picked it up).
• Customers will get information about the three service providers (such as their certificates and past experience).
• Customers will select their preferred service provider based on these three recommendations.
• The app will charge customers for finding the service provider after the above step.
• The contact information of the selected service provider will be shared with the customer.

There will also be a few other obvious features, such as help/feedback and other generic functionalities.

As we proceed, there might be additional features required to improve the app.

Based on this description, what do you all think I should expect to pay for this kind of app?
