70th Anniversary

Hey everyone! Just curious if anybody knows anything about this stamp? we purchased this just yesterday & while shopping around noticed this is the only 70th anniversary that’s stamped “Made in Ensenada” instead of “Made in Mexico”. we’re just curious if there’s any significance to this so if anyone knows anything please let us know☺️ thanks!
