Looking for backyard upgrade ideas with budget 10-12k

We are looking to upgrade our backyard. We want to spend on something that we can enjoy for a long time. Thought about hot tub, sauna. I think it will come with maintenance and might have to shell out more money in the long run. What are some of the backyard upgrades you have done that you would recommend? Thanks!
