Recommendation for gaming laptop

Hello everyone 👋 first time posting here(sorry if I used a wrong flair) I am considering buying a gaming laptop and I am confused between the lenovo loq and hp omen 16 This are the specs I am considering

Intel i7 14 th gen cpu 16 GB ram Nvidia RTX 4060 1TB or above SSD 1080p display or above (don't know much about colour or srgb etc) Will be better deal if I got ms office along with it

I mostly want to play games at high setting and decent fps and run my engineering softwares

I can max strech my budget to 1.3 lakhs (1500 dollars)
