Geo lock issue

Out of three services that I'm running, one if them is geo locked. I told the panel owner to unlock my country which he did and I was able to load the playlist on iptv editor. The problem is that it reverts to it's original state and I can't load/update the playlist in iptv editor again. I simply have to ask the panel owner to re-unlock my region everytime I need to load it on iptv editor

Is there any way to have my playlist permanently unlocked? Does a VPN help in this regard? If so, does that mean that I have to connect to a different region in the VPN? But that would mean less bandwith?

I'm kind of new to this hence the amount of questions.
