Visiting for a wedding

Hi there. My wife and I are hoping to visit for a few weeks in August for a wedding. We’re South Africans living in the UK which is where we’ll apply from. I figured I would apply in Feb/March because 6 months is usually more than enough time for visa approvals in general. Just checked the government website and it says the processing time is 406 days!? Can that be accurate? Sorry if it’s a simply yes, I just really hoping I’m not too late, I did not expect this kind of wait time or I would’ve applied sooner.
