HELP

This poor kitty was missing from our neighbourhiod for a month and now when she has returned, she's in this condition. I don't understand what happened to her ears. Fungal infection? Some kind of mange? The ears seems to be.... Idk melting? And I think it's irritating but not painful to her. We tried catching her but she doesn't seem friendly anymore.

Please help me figure out what has happened to her. Also she has babies so we can't take her in as she needs to take care of her babies asw.
