Error when saving game on ps2

Hello, yes I know, this is nothing new in this community and I think most know about this, but I wanted to see your solutions when it freezes when saving the game, or when "corrupt file" appears directly. I have an 8 megabyte memory card, and the same thing keeps happening, does anyone have any news?
