Hybrid Brake Pad Replacement?

Hey y'all,

I have a 2021 Honda Accord Hybrid and both my brakes have been squealing for a while, and I finally have the money to replace them. But I'm not a mechanic and the only mechanic experience I've had is swapping a wheel.

Is replacing the brake pads (and maybe rotors if it's been way too long..) something thats feasible given my experience? If so, what tools would I need?
