Base SO6P Sage Naruto vs SOSP Sasuke (no tailed beasts)

Imo Naruto mid diff. The only thing Sasuke could give him trouble with is Susanoo, but Naruto can tear it apart with a bunch of jutsu like giant Rasenshuriken and massive Rasengan Barrage. He can still use his cloak without KCM, so Amateratsu won’t work.

Naruto was about equal in taijutsu and physicality in his base against Sasuke in their last fight. Sage mode boosts your physicals manyfold considering Naruto went from jonin fodder to Kage level just learning senjutsu. So physically he should be way above Sasuke.
