Is 4 videos a week too much?

Having just started a new channel I've uploaded 4 videos a week with 2 shorts a day. My channel focuses on a very competitive subject (football), linked in my profile if you want to see. Although I have managed to create videos on the more niche side I'm taking the quantity over quality approach for now in an attempt to gain an edge over the many many football channels. I'm confident I can sustain this output but am just wondering if some of you more experienced youtubers would suggest cutting back slightly.
