[HELP] 1906R Medusa Azul Sizing – Need Advice Before Buying on StockX

Hey everyone, I need some solid sizing advice before making a purchase on StockX for the 1906R Medusa Azul. I’ve read a ton of conflicting opinions on Reddit—some say the 1906R runs TTS, while others mention that the Medusa Azul runs smaller. However, I’ve also seen YouTube reviews saying they fit true to size (TTS) just fine. Since I won’t have a chance to return them, I can’t afford to make a mistake.

My Sizing in Other New Balance Models:

• 997H (US 11 D) → Bought these in-store, TTS (10.5) was too snug, so I went with 11 and they fit well.

• 993 (US 10.5 D) → Perfect fit, most comfortable pair I own.

• 991v2 (US 10.5 D) → I own three pairs in 10.5, all fit well.

• 991v2 (US 11 D) → My first pair was a mistake, I thought the model ran small, but they turned out a bit long. I still wear them to rotate my collection, but I don’t like the fit.

• 1906R GR (US 10.5 D) – Tried in-store → Felt good in length while sitting, with toe space, but while walking/bending, my toes touched the front. Width was great. I also tried US 11, but they were way too long and wide—didn’t like the fit at all.

My Foot Measurements (Right Foot):

• Length: 275 mm (10.83 inches = US 10.5 for Brannock Device)

• Width: 107 mm (\~E width, but I usually wear D width without issues)

Additional Context:

• I don’t like long shoes—if they feel too big, I won’t enjoy wearing them.

• I always wear my NB sneakers with loose laces, even my 997H in US 11.

• The 993 in 10.5 D is my most comfortable pair.

• I’ve read mixed opinions—some say TTS is perfect, others claim Medusa Azul runs small.

The Big Question:

For the 1906R Medusa Azul, should I go with US 10.5 (like my 993 and 991v2) or size up to 11 (which I didn’t like when I tried the GR 1906R in-store)?

I really appreciate any advice before pulling the trigger on StockX! Thanks in advance!
