Early Service a red flag?

Amateur here buying my first Omega. Looking at a used Aqua Terra on Chrono 24. Production year was 2022 and it has official service papers from 2024. I would assume that is the sign of a good previous owner but I’m also wondering why it would need a service after just 2 years. Is that a red flag or green flag?
