PTA blocked my phone.

I bought an LG v60 ThinQ for 54,000 (docomo varient) from Amma tower Saddar about 8 months ago. The guy selling said that it was lifetime patch approved.

In November, I started receiving messages that my "IMEI is detected as cloned/duplicated. Register complaint on..." I didn't take any action and my phone is now blocked (1.5 weeks ago).

I then filled the complaint form with the requested information and the resolution of that complaint was:

"Dear concerned As per evaluation, your provided device IMEI number is reprogrammed/cloned and PTA within its mandate not allowed such device to connect with local cellular network in Pakistan. Therefore, it is advised to not use such type of devices. No further action can be taken at PTA end."

So basically they can't do anything. What should I do? I teach tuitions and it's really important for me to have a functional SIM.

Please help me.
