People who block the entire pavement

I am a very very fast walker who lives in a country with very narrow pavements. I have a massive hatred for people who walk in groups of 3-4 completely blocking up the pavement so that no one can pass through and then walking in the SLOWEST pace you can imagine.

Just earlier this day I was speedwalking from my dorm room to campus and there were two people very slowly walking next to each other on the pavement, both perfectly spaced away from each other at each end of the pavement so that there is maximum space between them but not enough for a person to squeeze past. They were completely blocking off a pavement that could fit 3-4 people next to each other… Cars were on the street so I couldn't overtake them. When I saw what seemed to be a sizeable gap I tried to excuse myself and squeeze past but the guy literally did not move, looked down on me and was like "Excuse me?". So I got pushed onto the road to overtake them.

It just really annoys me. Have some decency.
