Eyebrow piercing rejecting?

Basically, got it pierced abt 3 weeks ago ish, and I've been cleaning it but a gooey white-ish liquid came out of it recently so i looked it up and it said it could be normal for new piercings , but today I was going to move my hair out of my face and knocked it pretty hard, then the white liquid came back when I pressed a bit on the bar to see if it was bleeding and the goop hasn't really gone away since this morning when I knocked it , and I noticed the bottom looks weird, what should I do?
