Best pokemon for no trades?

I'm playing Sword with my 6 year old daughter for her first ever Pokemon game. I know there may be better first Pokemon games but the kids watched this season and she knows the Leon storyline. I'm finding online how many Pokemon require trades to reach their final evolution and we won't have anyone to trade with or care to go through finding people for it right now.

So what are the best Pokemon for her to catch that won't require trading later on? She started with Grookey if that helps with team building.
