Need help of a power scaler

I'm a character creator. And I have a world building, where there is one character that is stronger than all of them. And I am curious where they scale. So I need the help of a power scaler. Basically he is immune to time and isn't bound to a universe so he can be outside of one. In his strongest form reality changes and distorts around him and his mere existence creates unjverses and destroys them again. He do be able to destroy as many universes as he likes with his mind. And he is above dimensionalities. You know like above 12D. What does that make him?
