Anxiety and Vaping

Anxiety and irrational worst case scenario thinking are completely destroying my life. It’s been going on for years and I’m 57 years old with a good job and loving wife. Also im addicted to vaping nic ( she thinks I have quit so I do it in secret) I feel guilty as hell after vaping. Please pray for me.
