Druvis III english voice sounds odd

Hello, I started playing Reverse 1999 not a long time ago and I heard Druvis III voice for the first time and when I compare it to other characters voices it's the only one that doesn't sound clear but instead it sounds like something you would pull from voice.ai, if someone could make me understand why it is the way it is
