Fantasy RH with actual story and good writing

I've been trying out so many books recently, but feel like they stop having a plot after the fmc and the guys get together. I am also very picky when it comes to writing. Writing I enjoyed: Blood Oath by Morgan B.Lee, Source of Elementra by Willa Rae. I like the idea of the fmc being the (fifth) person to complete some kind of magical bond. But that is not necessary.

Any recs?
