Do NOT go to Henrietta Family Dental

Husband received multiple fillings here as a new patient. During the novocaine injection, he was burned when it dripped on the inside corner of his lips when the area was pulled wide enough to break the skin. The skin look mutilated the next day and was extremely painful, before turning black and coming off in bits. When he went back they claimed he had an allergic reaction (despite having novocaine many times before and no evidence of this elsewhere in the mouth). Another dentist office was visibly horrified when they saw it.

One filling continued to bother him, which he subsequently saw them for twice. They found no problem and even said they had "never had a patient have an issue with a filling." A new dentist immediately found a large crack in the filling, as well as other places in the tooth that should have been filled. HFD refused to accept responsibility and claimed to insurance that my husband "left happy" every time.

Not to mention during my visit the doctor said I "must want to talk about Invisalign" due to my crooked teeth, and that I "obviously drink many cups of coffee a day" because my teeth have some yellowing. I don't even like coffee. Well I didn't have insecurities about my teeth before but now....

Absolutely flabbergasted at the (lack of) treatment received and arrogance of the staff. Don't typically run to social media, but after attempting to make things right with HFD to no avail, I felt it was deserved if it prevents someone else from dealing with them.
