Salonpas works SO good for lower back pain

Holy crap I was barely able to move earlier today without excruciating lower back pain and now I’m getting around so well. I got these lidocaine patches by a brand called Salonpas from Walmart and my lower back pain has gone from an easy 10 to about a 2. I tried these months ago when I had my last sciatica flare up but they didn’t work and now I think it’s bc I just had the nerve pain in my leg and maybe it doesn’t work for that but for pain actually in your back it works SO well
