Oily scalp and white flakes hours after shampooing

Experiencing hairloss and thinning all over my scalp including sides and back. Tried fin and min and nuked dht by 50% still no improvement. Tried ketocozanole shampoo bit did not help.

I have extremely oily scalp and white flakes as seen in the image.

In fact even after shampoo when I comb my hair there is white waxy substance attached to my scslpm
