Something about AAA games that just doesn't feel right

So,, I've tried out spider-man remastered, cyberpunk 2077, The Witcher 3 and I'm thinking about trying out RDR2 soon but there's just something about them that doesn't feel right because after maybe like 30-40 mins of playing then poof, I just get burned out. Right now, I feel like I need some games to refresh myself a bit from playing this kind of games.

So, I've tried out Hollow knight and dang it's good, but I can only play it for like a good 2 hours straight, also trying out Terraria but I can't get quite into it.

I've also been looking into base-building games right now but yeah, please recommend me some games to refresh myself and maybe something I can put a decent number of hours into playing. TIA

EDIT: So yeah, Thanks a lot for the recommendations and currently I'm hooked into playing factorio and putting in a decent number of hours right now and I'm still enjoying it which I haven't felt in a while and I'm pretty sure some of the games you guys recommended are good but there's a LOT and I will most likely come back to this when I need other games to refresh myself with.
