30 second equipment recharge for sniper is actually crazy

Don't get me wrong I'm all about buffs and i absolutely love this refresh perk. i'll grenade the random 2 packs of hormagaunts because all i have to do is headshot a majoris with my pistol 3 times. it doesn't even require killing anything to recharge.

if you get a melta bomb the run is basically guaranteed. everything is going to be melted from that point on. random gaunts by themselves? melted. group of majoris? melted. hell I'll even try to melt a zoanthrope if they're close enough to the ground. These tyranids are gonna be collecting their own melted ass biomass after im done.
