NAC. My love and hate relationship.

Started taking 1200mg NAC. Two 600mg capsules in the morning because taking it after 4 made me insomniac. I was able to be more present. Started to notice every thing around me. I have been struggling with depression for almost a decade and for the first time I actually feel like there’s hope for me. But, it’s 2 am and I can’t sleep. Even if I manage to sleep by 12am I wake up at 4 or so and basically push myself to go back to sleep. I tried taking 1 capsule a day and it did nothing. I didn’t really feel its effects on 600mg. How to I fix this or do I say goodbye.
