Genuine questions(not posting on r/teenagers because i will get downvoted to oblivion and called nazi so pls dont do it)

First of all, Why is the majority of reddit users leftists? Im not against leftists its just a genuine question. Second, why are there so many weird communities with multiple million people? i checked and r/conspiracy has 2m members, which is not nothing, also weird communities about ahah you checked nah just kidding im talking about >! Haha you checked again!< ok im talking about how its weird that there are so many communities about porn(especially ntr and incest), and there are alot of pedos on this app, the most normal communities i find is not even a kids community which should be free of all this stuff, no, its communities like r/mildlyinteresting or r/skiing or some gaming communities and the weird communities outnumber the normal ones and not by just little, what are your thoughts?
