Video placed under review??????

So, I'm sure a lot of creators have gone through this where a video they post gets 0 views because it's placed under review almost immediately. What do y'all do in order to post it?

What I've tried:

--I've read over the community guidelines so many times and it doesn't violate anything, but just in case, I removed the parts that would be the closest to doing so (even though I've seen other creators post similar content), and tried reuploading. Still got put under review.

-Tried reporting a problem to tiktok, but they've never replied or helped on any ticket I've submitted before.

-Closing the app and reuploading the video

-Posting other videos first

Do I have nothing left to do but just wait? How long does a "video under review" take? EDIT: I should also mention that the video is literally me dancing to a tiktok sound in my living room in average, non-revealing clothes
