Anyone know where I can get a replacement piece of this or the name of it? 2016 Toyota Avalon XLE

2016 Toyota Avalon XLE - Anyone know where I can get this driver side plastic strip? I got some subs installed and now this piece no longer fits, or if anyone knows an easy way to fix it. I don’t want any water getting into my cords.
