Seeing God as angry

For some reason I only see God as an angry person. I feel like he is waiting for every mistake constantly mad at me if i dont do something he wants. I just see him as angry and mean. I feel like im not saved and he doesnt want me because of my mistakes. Does anybody else go through this? Any advice
