ULPT Request: Old rich guy, india - mumbai, molested my sister. How do I make his life hell.

My sister is a bank RM, she had to visit some old man's home for pitching an insurance. He groped my sister and stopped when she began to run. He's an ex army man with two sons in the US who earn north of 5cr a year and lives in a very rich society. I have access to his address, his adhaar card details, his phone number. He doesn't have any social media presence - (i need to search fb/insta, no linkedin).

I've asked her to raise a complaint with HR, but she's on notice period after having an argument with her area manager (she quit because of the toxic work environment) and she feels that her complaint will be ignored and there'll be other gossip that'll spread. The police in mumbai are shite and will not do anything unless something major happens.

She's not able to sleep and has been adversely affected. What can I do to make this man's life miserable in mumbai?
