Store Credit applied to discounted purchase

I recently posted that CS wasn’t responding to my emails about simple purchasing questions. I wanted to apply the delayed gratefuldead box set discount I had received to a purchase a few items. But I wanted to use my “credit” (basically use the amount of money I had already given to VMP toward my discounted purchase) along with the discount. The checkout doesn’t allow you to do both a discount and use credit.

When CS finally got back to me, they told me to just purchase with the discount and then email them to apply the credits.

Well now their system is incapable of applying the credit to my purchase. They haven’t been able to fix the issue in over a week. They are working on it. Somehow I feel like they are dragging their feet in hopes I’ll forget. I’m embarrassed for VMP. Makes me shake my head. Final days for me and my association with them since 2016.
