Worried about wait times.

Wife and I are going in April and of course fast passes are not available yet. I just watched a video tonight about wait times from yesterday and there were rides up to 120 min wait. Did they increase capacity? Have any of you experienced extreme wait times recently? I really wish they'd bring fast passes back.
