My 10 month transformation. Your thoughts?
Hello everyone, just want to share my 10 months transformation: diet + 4x workout a week.
I'm 32 yo, 182 cm high
About 5-6 weeks out (holidays, sickness)
start: 96kg, 18% PBF now: 84.5kg, 5,5% PBF
Gained about 2,5kg muscles.
Sleeping 8 hours.
Suplements: creatine 3g, glutamine 5g, iso protein 20-40g/day + vitamins
Food: about 2.4 Kcal/day. Mostly chicken, beef, rice, potatoes, vegetable, oatmeal, protein, eggs, bananas, rice porridge, avocado. No suggar at all.
Pros: feel so much better, look so much better, strengh, self-confidence Cons: sometimes feel hungry, low sex appetite ED problems (last few months - probably because of low body fat, I hope 😅)
I'm really exited about how my body works and now I'm turning to get some mass.
