What is the worst tech tree boat?

I experimented and tried to make the Tatra playable. It has two, count ‘em, TWO guns and the weakest torpedoes in the game.

I have a 55% win rate over 1800 games into Tier 9. Enough talk about best deal-clobbers, I’ll take a challenge.
