Onslaught matchmaking.

I'm not a good player but after 10 battles I'm in the bronze b. sometimes I carry my team to win the match. Sometimes I find myself in a team of a bunch of idiots and I'm in now Iron E rank. How much I play hard I am stuck in Iron rank. I am aiming for silver rank to buy a heavy tank.
