17 hour layover in Zurich, ideas?

Hi everyone! I have a layover in Zurich on Sunday afternoon, starting at 3 PM, and I'll have about 18 hours to explore. Can you suggest some fun things to do? I'm particularly interested in any festive activities or must-try cafes, eateries, or bars. I'll be traveling alone, so I'd love to check out any local markets or other solo-friendly attractions. Also how prepared should I be for the cold? I've checked the weather and I feel one layer + a good jacket, some gloves and a beanie should be enough ? Does it get too windy? Am I over prepared ? Let me know!
