Extremely loud music and noise late night, what can we do?

Last few months every Friday this certain modern co living space throws huge parties and make a lot of noise late into the night 2-3 AM, the people living there seems to be really rich and thus I guess we'll connected, is their anything I can do other then moving myself.

Update: Thanks everyone for your great advice, I called the police and within 30 mins the issue was sorted. I was impressed with the professional behaviour by the police.
