BJJ supplements 🤷‍♂️

I’ve been searching for right supplements for a while now. I got recommendations from guys at the gym but still not sure which is the best for me.

I’ve been taking protein for a while and I have a feeling it’s not enough. Just got started with BCAA. Still to feel some results.

To keep my ‘research’ I’ve boiled the list down to 4 main supplements:

  1. Protein
  2. Creatine
  3. BCAA / EAA
  4. Glutamine

Wanna try them all month to month and see the difference.
