Ideal 1080p Competitive Gaming Build? (soon to switch to 1440p)

I have chose 2 options:

i5 14400F

RTX 4060 Ti/ 7700 xt

16x2 GB RAM (DDR5)

AK400 Cooler for CPU

1 TB NVMe SSD

-----

Ryzen 5 7600

RTX 3060 12 GB/ RX 6600

Same RAM, Cooler and SSD

I already have a 1080p gaming monitor but i want to go for a build first then switch to 1440p monitor a year later. I only play games like:

Rainbow Six Siege (Rumours are they are getting graphic update like CS)

Valorant

Marvel Rivals

upcoming Battlefield 6

Rarely AAA titles like Doom: Dark Ages (Not a fan of AAA titles except FPS shooters)

My budget is max 800 Dollars and currently i do have a Corsair AIO Cooler (dont know model, it was gifted build by my friend) and a mid tower cabinet. I am not sure about using corsair AIO cooler because it is working for more than 3-4 years and i am not sure if it's enough.

Can you guys help me decide which would be better? Either i go for Ryzen for stronger CPU and maybe upgrade GPU 2-3 years later or go for decent CPU with slightly better GPU but i have read somewhere that 1080p is more focused on CPU and it's 1440p gaming where GPU gets more load.

My main focus is to play games at 144+ FPS at medium settings but will switch to low settings to achieve hgiher frame rates.
