Sand fleas?

I have been doing some research on some bites that popped up a day after I left Cabo. My bf didn’t get anything so it can’t be bed bugs, especially with us staying at a nice resort. They are around my underarm area and are like welts with clusters of bumps. Are these sand flea bites? Should I seek medical care? If so, what does treatment usually look like? I attached a few pics
