I cried at work today

I've been working in my current call centre for a couple of months now - this week I joined my new team and already I have cried twice. More than the whole time over been there.

I'm so embarrassed because everyone's gonna think I'm a crybaby but it was just 2 really bad calls at the end of shitty days.

Does anyone else cry at work? How do I stop being so tearful when I get angry?
